F.R.E.E. Framework

Using F.R.E.E.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the F.R.E.E. Framework website, membership tools, financial education resources, coaching features, business consultations, and organizational communications. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and membership

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only your own account. Membership access, paid features, and renewal terms are presented during registration or checkout. We may suspend access when an account is used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms.

Education and consultations

F.R.E.E. provides financial education, planning tools, coaching support, VA career preparation, and business consultations. General materials do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or individualized financial advice. A consultation or coaching session does not guarantee specific savings, revenue, hiring, employment, or business results.

Managed virtual assistant services

Business owners may hire F.R.E.E. to provide and manage virtual assistant support. The specific services, assigned personnel, working schedule, fees, management responsibilities, confidentiality requirements, performance expectations, replacement process, and termination terms must be confirmed in a separate service agreement before work begins. If an assigned VA is not suited to the agreed role, F.R.E.E. will review the concern and provide a replacement in accordance with the service agreement and reasonable transition requirements.

Organizational Email Outreach

Email Outreach is restricted to authorized F.R.E.E. personnel for organizational communications. Every recipient must have explicitly agreed to receive F.R.E.E. emails, and the consent source and date must be recorded. Cold prospecting and purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or unauthorized third-party lists are prohibited. F.R.E.E. honors unsubscribe requests and may limit, pause, or disable sending to protect recipients and service reliability.

Google authorization

Authorized F.R.E.E. personnel may connect an approved organizational Google account and grant Gmail send-only permission for scheduled organizational messages. F.R.E.E. does not request permission to read the connected inbox, contacts, messages, or drafts. The connection may be removed at any time.

Your content and responsibilities

You remain responsible for contact data, campaign text, files, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to use that information. Do not use the services for deception, impersonation, harassment, malware, unlawful discrimination, or any activity that infringes another person's rights.

Payments and service availability

Prices and payment terms are shown before purchase. Features may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery by third-party networks or email providers.

Intellectual property

F.R.E.E. Framework materials, branding, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your access is limited, personal, and non-transferable unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Disclaimer and limitation

The services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. F.R.E.E. is not responsible for decisions made solely from general educational content, recipient actions, third-party service outages, or indirect losses that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the services or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be posted here. Questions can be sent to help@freeframework.org. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.
