Privacy notice
F.R.E.E. Framework collects the details you choose to provide so we can run your account, save your budget, respond to requests, and review membership payments.
What we collect
For account registration: your first and last name, phone number, email address, username, password hash, email verification status, and assigned role. We do not store your password in readable form. If you use the calculator: monthly income and the budget entries you save. If you submit payment for review: your plan, amount, transaction reference, and review status. If you request a consultation: the contact information and message you enter.
How we use it
We use your information to verify member and admin access, provide your requested tools, respond to you, and review payments against our BPI transaction history. We do not collect card numbers through this site. A submitted BPI reference does not activate a membership until we confirm the transfer.
Service providers
The site uses hosting and storage services for account and budget data. Email verification and password-reset messages, when enabled, are delivered through an email service. Booking is provided through the embedded Calendly calendar, which handles the information you provide when scheduling.
Your choices
You can review or change the budget entries in your account. To request access to or deletion of other information you submitted, email help@freeframework.org. We may need to keep transaction records needed for payment review and applicable obligations.
